FREE DELIVERY on Australian orders over $100.
All orders below $100 have a standard delivery Auspost added to order before checkout.
Order dispatch process and Anti-Scam system
Due to multiple scam sites out there, Hemploaded has implemented an assurance system so you know your order will be delivered! Sample image at bottom of page.

Once the order is received, for bank deposit customers, you will receive an email with an image of your order that is ready to ship once payment is made. This is typically done for first order. For card payments you will also receive an email with an order image usually on your first order. Orders are dispatched via Auspost or express.
Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays). Orders received by 2pm (AEST) will be dispatched the same day. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number after 5pm.
Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number, as this it is an automated e-mail an often will go to spam or junk folder’s.
When will I receive my order
Standard Shipping; post guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please use the contact form. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
Express Shipping; postal guideline is within 1-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.

Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds due to the devices being a consumable item. Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
